Our busiest times are at the weekend and during the school holidays. Own transport is necessary. Competitive rates of pay. We welcome overseas workers and gap year students. We foster, encourage and carry out training in the following areas:

Beer & Cider Academy leading to Beer Sommelier qualification.

WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced levels taught by Helen Duddridge.

Personal Licence Training for all front of house staff.

Baking & pastry courses.

Food hygiene level 1,2,3.
