Working with the ethos of sustainable, local and seasonal food and produce, we can curate menus with the help of our food suppliers which are within a 15 mile radius. When the local produce is this high in quality, it is harder to look beyond. This helps with having a minimal waste kitchen, using creativity and innovation having in mind a farm to table concept. Simply loving local, but not waste, our ethos follows the seasons and good flavour. Having our own allotment, growing 150 courgette plants, mint, green runner beans, meaning it is 150 meters from our very own kitchen, this brings the very best ingredients for you to work with and design a totally tailored menu.
