Working with the ethos of sustainable, local and seasonal food and produce, we can curate menus with the help of our food suppliers which are within a 15 mile radius. When the local produce is this high in quality, it is harder to look beyond. This helps with having a minimal waste kitchen, using creativity and innovation having in mind a farm to table concept. Simply loving local, but not waste, our ethos follows the seasons and good flavour. Having our own allotment, growing 150 courgette plants, mint, green runner beans and it is a short walk from our kitchen. This brings the very best ingredients for you to work with and design a totally tailored menu.
Every element is flexible according to your tastes and preferences. If you’d like champagne and canapés in the church ruins, or an oyster bar at the wedding reception... we will make it happen!
Sophie and the kitchen team will guide you within the seasons, their skills and expertise will help you land in the very best position to offer your guests a menu that reflects your tastes and preferences. Having access and long standing relationships with our local suppliers with the very best of produce in the county who prioritize small scale, allows us to provide the baseline to bring thoughtful, imaginative and creative food to your table.
The food is more than just providing a taste experience, it provides a sensory experience, engaging all five senses, which means its important to us that the presentation and flavour is just as important as each other, handled with passion and exclusivity. We offer a food tasting (price tbc) offering you to come and try a miniature version of your menu on the day, allowing you to adapt and provide feedback.
To enhance and complement your menu, the drinks can be carefully planned and paired with your food choices. Starting the celebrations off with champagne, symbolises celebration, following on with choosing from our specialized wine lists, champagne and cocktail lists, our team can work with you to guide you with choices based on your food flavours. We can also offer a wine tasting for you to come and try a selection of wines you can have.
